All deliveries are charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight or size of your parcel. All UK deliveries are sent out via Royal Mail and require a signature on receipt. Delivery times exclude Bank Holidays.
INTERNATIONAL
All international deliveries are sent out via Royal Mail and do not require a signature on receipt. Next Day and Saturday delivery services are not available for International Deliveries. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
FAULTY, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you have received a faulty, incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items will be refunded at the price you purchased them excluding delivery charges. Items must be returned in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All items will be inspected on return.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
Complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it with your return goods. Please contact our customer service team if you can’t find your returns form. Ensure your goods are securely wrapped to prevent any damage to the items or packaging. Our returns address is:

Take the parcel to any Post Office. Please get a receipt for proof of postage and retain it until you receive your refund. UK Customer returns can take up to 10 working days from the date of postage to be received and refunded. This may be longer for International Customers.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please contact our customer service team if the date on your payment card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled.
